Please complete and submit this form to join the Among Friends London ~ LNAC club for the 2026-27 year. If you have any questions, please email amongfriendslondon@gmail.com or call 226-884-9950. Upon receipt of your membership fee, your membership will be activated.

Use of Personal Information: London Newcomers’ Alumnae Club (LNAC; also referred to as Among Friends London) collects your name, address, email, and telephone number only to notify you of club events, send newsletters, and provide a membership roster to paid members. Your personal information is used solely for LNAC‑related purposes.

By signing this form, you understand and accept that LNAC, its executive, and its members are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or other harm that may occur while you are a member, including travelling to, attending or leaving any club event.

By signing this form, you agree to release and hold harmless LNAC, its executive, and its members from any claims related to your membership and participation in club activities.

May 2026 to June 2027 New Membership Fees & Payment Instructions

• $60.00 – full‑year membership, newsletter delivered by email (includes one-time name tag fee)

• $90.00 – full‑year membership, newsletter delivered by postal mail (includes postage and one-time name tag)

Name tags are not included in subsequent renewal fees. Please complete the separate name tag order form.

Please mail your cheque payable to “London Newcomers’ Alumnae Club” or “LNAC” to c/o Membership Director Linda Cottell, 629 Middlewoods Dr, London, ON N6G 1W7.

If you prefer to pay by e-transfer, please use amongfriendslondon@gmail.com with the security answer LNAC2022. The Interac/Bank system will ask for a security question (which can be anything), but the answer MUST be LNAC2022.

Club Name Tag Order Form

A high-quality brass name tag with a gold-tone finish is included with your membership fee.

You can order this name tag with a pin or magnet fastener, with or without the club name included.
